This family owned and operated business has a variety of inventory from vintage to modern to high end jewelry and watches both new and pre-owned. Additionally, once you develop a relationship with them they take the time to remember your style and make very good selections. I've had them repair, clean, reset and string different things over the years and never been disappointed.

Went in to sell an old submariner and the experience could not have been more pleasant. The staff were all incredibly friendly and gave me a great price. I had a chance to scroll their inventory during the transaction and was blown away by some of their pieces. I’ll definitely be back for a watch or two. Great family owned feel, and great athletes as well (note the iron man trophy on the back wall!)

When my father passed away, I found a card from Keno Brothers in my fathers possessions. My brother and I needed to find out the value of items that my father had saved. From the minute you walk in the store, you are greeted by everyone. They are friendly, professional, fair and honest. Even got insight into to what they look for in jewelry, watches, coins and gemstones. They gave a true appraisal for all 60+ items and remembered my Dad! Which was amazing. It has so many beautiful jewelry and watches that are rather unique. Not the generic design stuff. I looked at several high end stores including Keno Bros. before deciding on them and am happy to report I have found a jeweler to clean my pieces, repair them, buy them for the highest prices (even including online), give me the best deal if I want one of their pieces. They are knowledgeable and have great ideas about some of my vintage pieces. Completely trustworthy and very talented. There are many reasons to love your experience in this store. They've been around forever, they know their stuff, and they are friendly. Please do not understate the friendliness. These guys know exactly what they're doing and are willing to help you. When looking for a new timepiece for a gift, these guys were able to help pinpoint exactly what I was looking for. Like many others right now I am in need of money, so I decided to sell a diamond ring and some old gold jewelry from an ex boyfriend. Went to 2 other local jewelers before stopping at Keno’s. The first 2 were somewhat rude and gave me low offers. Went to Keno’s they were very respectful, professional and had compassion for my situation. After agreeing on a great price and finishing paperwork, Bruce Keno the owner, pulled an extra $50 dollars out of his own pocket handed it to me and said I know you can use this.You don’t see this now a days. My experience with the Keno Bros Jewelers was nothing but perfect. I lost 2 diamonds in my engagement ring and they were able to find the right color and size to fit in a matter of a week. They really know their stuff plus they are super nice and and very trustworthy. They took time to explain all the details of what needed to be done and the cost involved. When i got my ring back it looked like a brand new ring. I was over the moon. I will definitely be going back to them! A big shout out to Brian Keno for doing such an amazing job on my ring.

Recently, I was looking to cash out an old diamond ring I don't use anymore. Back around the end of March I went to Keno Bros. but because of the pandemic they were closed. I then went to another jeweler who was open and made me an offer, and though I'm not sure what it was actually worth, it seemed kind of low, so I held off as long as I could. Driving by last month, I noticed that Keno was re-opened, so I stopped in. To my pleasant surprise, Keno offered me a lot more $$ what the other jeweler offered. And Keno has a pass-through slot where I did not even need to go completely inside their store! But it was secure because there was a locking door behind me to keep out other people. I really appreciate it.. I was down to my last dime and Keno replenished my cash at an excellent offer. Very happy to get this money in this difficult time, and extremely fair.Thank you Keno!

They are always courteous and fair and take amazing care of us. My wife is in love with everything we have gotten from them. They always offer to clean, size or repair the jewelry if she has any issues. I have bought multiple pieces from them, and I know they are of the best quality and fair pricing. My parents recently passed away in their 80’s and I inherited 54 years of jewelry, coins and watches to sell as part of their estate. I found Keno Brothers through a good friend who did business with them and referred their services to her clients many times. To be honest, I had heard so many things about jewelry stores not being fair or honest when it comes to selling gold and silver. As a result, I was a bit wary of the process and concerned that I would not get a fair price for the items my parents spent a lifetime accumulating. My experience with Keno Brothers could not have gone any better, and dare I say was actually fun! Both Bruce and Brian spent a full afternoon with me going over all my items and making sure they fairly identified each piece. I had a lot of gold that was not marked and they patiently tested each piece to see if it was 10k, 14k or 18k, etc. They also took the time to go through the silver jewelry and coins to find the items that were sterling silver and could be sold. Once we had everything identified, Bruce and Brian also took the time to explain how much they could offer me for each category of items and answered all my questions. When it comes to selling jewelry, there has to be some trust on both sides and I can only say that it did not take me long to feel comfortable and confident that they could be trusted. I very happy to recommend Keno Brothers and give them 5 stars. You never know, you may even have some fun in the process!

Walked in to appraise and possibly sell some gold and watches and coins from my parents recent passing. Got my items reviewed and found out what everything was valued at and decided to sell what they were interested in. I worked with Brian he was informative and fair and I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. I will definitely go back in the future. I called a close friend looking to sell items as well, on my way out the door, and told them to bring their items here. No one will pay you exact cost value or how could they stay in business but here they pay very fair on the market value and it is well worth it. The whole staff was great and respectful as well.

Inherited some jewelry that I had no idea what its worth was. Brian and Bruce were so accommodating and patient, explaining the process. I learned a lot. They were so informative and fair and I felt completely at ease and was so happy to find fair trustworthy professionals. I will refer all of my friends in need of their services. I visited the store to repair my wife’s wedding ring where we lost the diamond. Wow, I genuinely feel like I have a friend in the diamond business! Lol. Everyone I spoke with seem like such great people. They were very considerate and really looking out for me regarding pricing. Very honest and straightforward people. I recently made the decision to part ways with my Rolex watch as it was sitting unused in my safe for a quite awhile.
